Gallery 30 will host award-winning Pennsylvania Plein Air Artist, Simonne Roy, during the First Friday reception on Friday, December 7 from 5:30-8pm with the unveiling of many Pennsylvania landscapes which will be on display and for sale. Roy was the featured artist of Lewisburg, Pennsylvania’s Celebration of the Arts in 2018. Her painting "Sunflowers of Union County" took second place at the 2018 Celebration's annual art competition at Packwood House Museum, and in 2017 two of her paintings won second and third prizes in the same competition. In 2016 she won the Robert Fuller Award for Impressionism at Art Association of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania’s “Man's Best Friends” show. In 2015 she had a solo exhibit at Bucknell University.
